Have you ever read an article and felt you figured out the food thing, and then the next week you read another article and you started to get confused all over again? Trying to understand the world of food is ever-changing and very confusing.

The reality is that what might be correct for one person may not be for another. Every individual’s body is unique and will thrive differently than the next. Just like we need a financial coach, a personal trainer, a spiritual coach, and sometimes just a friend to talk to, it’s an excellent idea to have a Health Coach help you understand your nutrition and health needs.

My Philosophy

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life as connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising?

As we work together, we look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to tailor-make a nutrition program that incorporates eating whole real food in a balance that can be maintained for a lifetime.

How do I know which plan works for you?

That will be determined by your health history, goals, lifestyle, and health issues. Accountability, tips, recipes, meal plans, and fun exercises for the body and the mind will incorporate an overall health plan, designed specifically for you. I will help you define priorities, set goals, overcome your limiting beliefs, and make lasting changes.

My unique areas of nutrition are supporting individuals and families going gluten-free, kicking the sugar habit to the curb, and supporting women in losing weight and maintaining a proper weight for their bodies.

Together we’ll work to achieve your goals in areas such as
achieving optimal weight, food cravings, sleep, lowering cholesterol, improving digestion, and increasing energy.

As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, and balance your health.
